A new video produced recently by Fine & Country Algarve presents the new fully-furnished showhouse at Carvoeiro Gardens and shows aerial footage of the nearly completed site. The 16 three-bedroom villas with communal pool each have a built area of 150 m2 and are set on a 17,395m2 plot.
The villas are centrally located in the quiet residential area of Vale de Côvo but yet very close to Carvoeiro with many bars and restaurants, the Vale de Milho golf course and the famous Vale Centeanes beach. The International School in Porches is just a 10-minute drive away; Faro airport can be reached within a 45-minute drive.
The villas have been specially designed to ensure comfortable year-round and winter living. Great care has been taken with the use of fully insulated foundations, positioning the floors a full half-metre above ground level. The properties have a high standard of full thermal insulation, featuring underfloor heating and air conditioning.

As is normal with resorts, Carvoeiro Gardens has a condominium, where the costs of the periodic maintenance, upkeep and cleaning of the entire resort are covered in the condominium budget. However, with Carvoeiro Gardens, extra costs which the owner would normally be expected to pay individually, are also covered.
